No. Wilson & Smith holds Supra eKEY access, so we can let ourselves into a listed property, shoot it and leave without you driving out. If the seller is still in residence or the property needs an escort, tell us and we will work to your access plan instead.
Next business day as standard, including the edit. Every image is professionally edited before it reaches you. If a listing has to go live sooner than that, ask about expedited delivery when you book.

No. Pricing is flat. There are no square-footage charges and no travel charges inside the 30-mile service area, so a 1,400 square foot ranch and a 4,000 square foot new build cost the same at the same package.
An FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Michael D. Smith holds the certificate himself, so aerial work is not subcontracted out to a third party and the flight is legal on paper as well as in practice.
